Kensington Town House 1
This narrow west London house was last refurbished in the 1990s and was in need of reorganisation to reflect the current owner’s lifestyle as a collector of design objects. He wanted to create several gallery type spaces within the reception floors to present his changing collection.
We therefore repositioned the staircase to the centre of the footprint so that front service and back private rooms were created off this spine, with free flowing circulation between them.
